These terms govern your use of Amaré, an app by KISSMA LLC. By using Amaré you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Amaré is

Amaré gives couples a daily moment with a verse, a question, shared prayers and quizzes to know each other better.

Amaré does not replace pastoral counseling, couples therapy or professional help. If you or someone else is in danger, get help right away from the emergency services in your country.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.

Your account

Your account is anonymous and tied to this installation of the app. If you uninstall Amaré or change phones, you may lose access to your account and its story. For now we cannot recover it.

You are responsible for the use of your device and for who you share your invite code with.

Free trial and subscription

One subscription covers both accounts of the couple, whoever pays.

Billing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through your store account, under their terms. The price and period are shown in the app before you confirm.

The free trial lasts for the period shown. If you do not cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid subscription.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. Deleting your account in Amaré does not cancel the subscription.

What you write

What you write in Amaré remains yours. You allow us to store it, process it and show it to your partner, only to provide the service.

Do not post content that is illegal, harasses or humiliates, or other people’s private data without their permission. Treat your partner with respect.

Amaré’s content

Bible verses come from public domain translations, such as the Reina-Valera 1909. The questions, quizzes, texts, design and the Amaré character belong to KISSMA LLC, and you may use them within the app for personal use.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people’s accounts or answers, get around the answer lock, copy the app, reverse engineer it or overload the service.

Ending use

You can stop using Amaré and delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms other people.

Warranties and liability

We do our best to make Amaré work well, but we provide it as is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, KISSMA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law in your country gives you.

Apple

If you use Amaré on an iPhone, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement also applies, where it does not contradict these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the app. If you keep using Amaré afterwards, you accept the new terms.
