From an answer to a prayer
Each of you answers on your own phone, and the answers open only once you have both answered. One of the questions in the app is this:

If your partner answers that they want to pray for their work or their family, you already know what to pray for today.

A prayer does not have to be long. One honest sentence, with the verse of the day in front of you, is already praying as a couple:

When praying out loud is hard
Not everyone finds it easy to pray out loud in front of the person they love. In Amaré you write your answer and pray for your partner with one tap, with no pressure to find the right words on the spot. Only your partner sees your answers, and there are no ads.

How do we start praying together as a couple?
Small and daily. Read a verse, share one need each and pray one sentence for each other. Five minutes at the same time each day is enough to begin.
Is it for Catholic or Protestant couples?
Both. The faith questions come in Catholic and Protestant versions, and most work for any Christian couple.
Can we use it in different languages?
Yes. Each of you can read in English, Spanish or Portuguese inside the same thread.
